My own journey in fitness began more than twenty years ago. In that time, I have come to understand the importance of working on the body when you work on your Self. Fitness has seen me through difficult times. As Joseph Pilates said, “Physical fitness is the first requisite of happiness.”

As a trainer of others, my journey began several years ago when my father was in declining health. His strength and mobility were dwindling fast. Through a program of gentle but steady exercises, I helped him gain back much of his strength. My newly discovered passion for helping others get back in shape spread to friends and other family members.

The next obvious step was to make this passion into a new career.
